My name is Nancy Kerubo and I come from Kabatia village in Nyamira county.Am named Kerubo after my grandmother.Kerubo comes from a name of a certain tree called “ekerubo ” tree . The meaning of the name of my village is coming from the name of a warrior who existed during the pre-colonial period,and the warrior was said to be a strong and powerful warrior.
